Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to remove the CAS module?
For the postal service, yes. Choose mobile service if you would rather we attend the vehicle.
Will my existing keys still work?
Yes on an add-key job. On all-keys-lost, old keys are deleted for security.
Why do you need the ECU for all keys lost?
The ISN is stored in the DME. We read it there to write matching keys into the CAS.
How fast is turnaround?
Most CAS3 jobs are completed the same day they arrive and returned tracked next-day.
