Key fob & transponder: Remote buttons plus a chip that answers the car's challenge — the part that has to be married to the vehicle.

VS30 Sprinter is FBS4, so the EIS and engine ECU are both required. W906 Sprinter is FBS3 and needs the EIS only.
Is the W447 Vito different to the W639?
Yes. W447 is FBS4 (EIS + ECU for all keys lost); W639 Vito and Viano are FBS3 (EIS only).
