Your original ECU is read in bench or boot mode with a stable power supply, full EEPROM and flash are backed up, and the data is written 1:1 to a hardware-matched donor. Immobiliser sync, mileage and learned adaptations remain intact.

2. Step 2
   Donor preparation

   Compatible donor sourced by hardware and software number, verified against your VIN.

3. Step 3
   1:1 clone

   EEPROM and flash written to the donor, checksums verified.

4. Step 4
   Bench test & dispatch

   Ignition simulation confirms starter enable, immobiliser sync and comms before dispatch.
