Frequently asked questions
Do you cut and program keys on-site?
Yes. We cut blades to code and program transponders / smart keys at your location or workshop across the UK.
Can you help when all keys are lost?
Yes. When no keys are available we can program a new key with the car locked or unlocked, using EEPROM or all-key-lost procedures.
Do new keys wipe old ones?
Depending on the system, existing keys can be preserved or the immobiliser can be re-synced so only your keys work.
How long does key programming take?
Typical add-a-key jobs take 20–45 minutes. All-keys-lost jobs on protected systems can take 1–3 hours.
